Lux Inclusive Travel is committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The purpose of this page is to specifically reinforce our adherence to all applicable sanctions and trade control laws and regulations, including but not limited to those imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union (collectively “Sanctions Laws”).
Restricted Countries / Regions
In response to the adoption of increased Sanctions Laws following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Lux Inclusive Travel previously implemented a policy to no longer sell travel, including through any suppliers, to clients residing in Russia, Belarus, the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, in addition to existing restrictions that prevent sales to clients residing in Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and the Crimea region of Ukraine (collectively referred to as ‘Restricted Countries/Regions’).
Confirming Citizenship & Residency
We are taking extra steps to ensure we aren't accepting any booking from residents in any Restricted Countries/Regions. We would like to stress the importance of ensuring accurate client details are in our system; in particular we require the collection of full residency address details of each guest at the time of booking, and to ensure we are inputting this accurately into our booking systems, we must ask for documentation prior to accepting a booking.
- For all non-U.S. citizens, we are requiring a copy of a valid passport AND government issued photo ID's displaying a current residential address.
- For all U.S. citizens traveling internationally, we are requiring a copy of a valid passport AND government issued photo ID's displaying a current residential address.
- For U.S. citizens traveling domestically who do not possess a valid U.S. passport, we require a government issued photo ID displaying a current residential address AND a certified copy of your long-form birth certificate.
